Conduct Opening Account Procedure by filling the Opening Account Form and Subscription Form, then sign and send those documents to representative office of PT Pratama Capital Assets Management. Please attach a copy of ID Card for Individual Customers, and a copy of Authorized Officers’ ID Card, Relevant Tax Identification Number, and Deed of Establishment for Institutional Customers.
Proceed payment to intended Mutual Fund’s Bank Account and send a copy of payment document to representative office of PT Pratama Capital Assets Management.
Subscription Instruction, with supported documents, forms, and fund that are completely received before 01:00 PM, will be booked using the same day’s NAV.
Letter of Confirmation of Investment Unit Purchased will be sent by the Custodian Bank through correspondence address.
